Ian J. Arthur & Sons not only organise repatriations of Australians from overseas but also organise interstate repatriations within Australia.

In the funeral industry, the term ‘repatriate’ refers to bringing or sending a deceased person back to their hometown, state or country of origin.   Sometimes a death may occur while visiting family, holidaying or working in another state. Some families have even moved interstate but still have cemetery plots or family back in their home state.

Our team can organise transfers either from interstate and/or country regions, utilising long-distance refrigerated road transport or airport transfers depending on your wishes. In recent months we have conducted country funerals in Newcastle, Central Coast and Wollongong areas and organised transfers to Sydney from various other locations.
